Everything you paste, type, or upload into a DataXForge tool is processed entirely inside your browser. Tool input is never uploaded to our servers — we don't have servers that process it. The only data collected on this site comes from standard website analytics and advertising cookies, described below.
The files and text you work on — CSV files, JSON payloads, SQL, spreadsheets, PDFs, logs, or anything else you load into a tool — stay on your device. Transformations, validations, charts, and downloads are computed locally by JavaScript running in your browser tab. Closing the tab discards that data.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which tools are useful (page views, approximate region, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address and device information under Google's own privacy policy. We do not send tool input to analytics.
This site shows ads served by Google AdSense, which keeps DataXForge free. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.
Small preferences — your light/dark theme choice, recently used tools, and saved tool settings such as ETL pipelines — are kept in your browser's localStorage. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data removes them.

DataXForge is a general-audience developer and student tool site and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Material changes will be noted on the homepage.
